3. Sensitive Information Warning

Finch is not responsible for any sensitive information that you voluntarily include in uploaded content.

Recordings, resumes, and review session data are stored in cloud storage infrastructure. Review sessions may be accessible to others via share links that you generate. You control who receives these share links.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

Your review sessions, recordings, resumes, and associated data are stored until you choose to delete them. You may delete individual review sessions or your entire account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, we will remove your data from our active systems within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period, but will not be actively used or accessed.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you through your account dashboard.
  • Delete your review sessions, recordings, and uploaded resumes at any time from your dashboard.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address below.
  • Withdraw your consent to data processing by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account.

We use cookies solely for the purpose of authentication and maintaining your session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies for analytics or marketing purposes.
